Neil grew up in Columbia, Maryland, and has called the New York metro area home for the past decade, currently residing in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.
Throughout his career in finance, Neil has gained experience across the full spectrum of the industry—from working at a small hedge fund to a fixed income broker-dealer to a large investment bank. This diverse background has given him a unique perspective on how businesses operate at different scales and what it takes to drive sustainable growth.
Neil's passion centers on business growth and helping companies reach their full potential. He understands that behind every business is an owner who has poured years of dedication into building something meaningful, and he approaches each opportunity with the respect and commitment that legacy deserves.
